This program, formerly known as Theatre Under The Trees (TUTT), is under the leadership of Michelle Denise Norton and Gayle Eubank. Upstart Arts has toured free Shakespeare comedies throughout York County for 20 years. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit completely run by volunteers. We toured York County parks with The Merry Wives of Windsor, The Importance of Being Earnest, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
