What begins as a lighthearted fundraiser takes an unexpected turn when something goes terribly wrong. And — not everyone will make it to the final round.
As clues unfold and suspects are questioned between rounds, students from HCPAC’s Shakespeare in a Minute class will take the stage for mini-performances throughout the evening.

This original three-actor production, inspired by the story of Anne Frank and the events of the Secret Annex, offers an intimate and deeply human portrait of life in hiding. Thoughtful and moving, the piece explores courage, memory, and hope in the face of extraordinary circumstances.

Written and performed by Ingrid Griffith, SHIRLEY CHISOLM: UNBOSSED AND UNBOWED brings to life the extraordinary story of the first Black woman elected to the U.S. Congress and the first Black candidate to seek the presidential nomination of a major political party.
Spanning the more than five decades, the play traces Shirley Chisholm’s journey from a ten-year-old girl shaped by her Caribbean heritage to a fearless political trailblazer who challenged entrenched power structures in the name of justice, equity, and representation.

The Rodgers and Hammerstein show that helped redefine American musical theater, follows farm girl Laurey as she is courted by rival suitors — a cowboy and a farm hand — in 1906.Set on the frontier where love, laughter, and rivalry collide, this timeless favorite features unforgettable songs like Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’, People Will Say We’re in Love, and the title song, Oklahoma!.
